Tournament ball: Franklin X-40
Skill Levels:
Intermediate (3.8-) - For players with a DUPR rating up to 3.8
Advanced (3.8+) - For players with a DUPR rating above 3.8
DUPR ratings will be verified and we will reallocate teams if necessary. It's ok to play in a higher category than your rating, but not ok to play down.
Age Bands: Open
Categories: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles
Mixed doubles - estimated start at 10:00AM
Format: 12 pairs, 2 round robin groups of 6 followed by knockouts (semifinals and final)
Mens doubles - estimated start 1:30PM
Format: 12 pairs, 2 round robin groups of 6 followed by knockouts (semifinals and final)
Ladies Doubles - estimated start 1:30PM
Format: 12 pairs, 2 round robin groups of 6 followed by knockouts (semifinals and final)
Traditional scoring
Round robin and semifinals - games to 11, one clear point.
Finals - games to 15, one clear point
The full schedule will be published 48 hours before the event.
Register on arrival by writing your name and team in the printed boxes provided on the tables, any time before your first game.
Please ensure you arrive on the correct court at the right time for each of your matches.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your entry details and a link back to the registration website.
Confirming Partners: Both players must be registered and confirm each other as partners. If agreed in advance, follow the link in your confirmation email, click “Send Partner Request,” and your partner will receive an email to confirm. If you need a partner, use the “Contact” icon next to another player’s name to start a conversation.
Adding, Changing or Withdrawing from Events: Use the same link in your confirmation email to update your registration.

Registration opens and closes at the discretion of the organisers.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made before June 27th 2026. After this date we won't be able to offer any refunds in the event of a withdrawal.
Tournament directors may combine categories or move players between categories, and their decision is final.
Results submission is at the organisers’ discretion.
Players promise to follow the pickleballEngland code of conduct.
"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament.
I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to Pickledilly Circus to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event.
I understand it is my responsibility to inform the organisers if I do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
