As you enter the sports centre, pass the climbing wall (on your left) then turn left.  Pass reception (on your right).  Start to go down the corridor to the left side of the squash courts and the main door into the sports hall is immediately on your left.

There are both ladies & gents toilets off to the left as you exit the hall.

 

We are anticipating a food and drink offering will be available over the weekend however we are awaiting licensing permission. There is a KFC a short walk from the centre. The Tournament will provide some refreshments such as squash, bananas and other fruit.

Event Format

Unlimited festival friendlies all day between 9am - 5pm

The entry fee for the event is £10 per youth (U18) for the Saturday.

Adult entry for Saturday is £20 per player and Sunday £20 per player - There are a limited number of weekend passes available at £30 per player.

Saturday Format

Unlimited festival friendlies all day on 8 courts

Dedicated youth matches on 4 courts

Sunday Format

Unlimited festival friendlies all day on 12 courts

Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

Registration opens 14th July 2024 and closes 11:00am BST on Sunday 18th August 2024.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 11:59pm BST on Thursday 15th August 2024.

Refunds will be 90% of the entry fee paid (10% admin fee applies).

Festival organisers decision is final in relation to any matters relating to the festival.

Promise to follow pickleballEngland code of conduct and uphold pickleballEngland values.

Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to pickleballEngland to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
