Thank you so much for choosing to attend the inaugural English OPEN pickleball tournament. With so many European tournaments this year, we appreciate you choosing to play in this one.

We have 305 players attending this weekend representing 17 different countries. 250 of the players are from the United Kingdom and we believe that for over 100 of those players this is their first tournament. If you are one of those players – welcome to your first pickleball tournament! We are confident that those that have been to tournaments before will help show you the ropes and ensure that you have a great time. Just enjoy yourselves, don't get too stressed about this being a competition. Think of it as an opportunity to assess yourselves against other players and to make new friends.

This tournament has been a year in the planning and preparation. We hope that everything goes according to plan and that you all have lots of fun games, meet some interesting people and we all share some pickleball love!
